Our name, Velocity, is inspired by the energy and speed we bring to crafting your favorite coffee. It also pays homage to the history of Cafe Racers, a subculture born in the 1960s. Cafe Racers were lightweight, customized motorcycles designed for speed, often used by riders who raced from one café to another in pursuit of respect and camaraderie. These racers embodied a spirit of boldness, community, and a love for finely tuned craftsmanship—values that resonate deeply with our approach to coffee.
